BE IT RESOLVED that this map~ consisting of two sheets, the same Js hereby, accepted as the Official Map of TRACT 4935 and the streets Being a subdivisioh 6f th~tfportion of Lot 4, Block 68 of Lands of Riverside Land and Irri- gating Company, as shown by map on file in Book 1, Page 70 of Maps, Records of San Beth&r- dido County, Californig in the City of River- side, County of Riverside, State of California; streets and easements as sh~:wn thereon, are hereby accepted as pub]it and easements, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to attest said map by signing her name thereto as City Clerk of the City of Riverside, California~ and to affix the official seal of said City thereto. BE IT FURRIER RESOLVED that any variances as to lot area, building area or yard requirements approved by the Planning Commission are hereby approved.
