The Planning Commission of the City of Riverside on January 18, 1973, failed to grant the application of Woodhaven Realty, Inc., Zoning Case PRD-3-723, for a Planned Residential Development Permit to construct a housing project consisting of 320 one, two ~]d three bedroom single-story clustered single- family dwellings and open areas in the 2{-1-65, Single-Family Residential Zone. Robert Van Roekel, on behalf of Woodhaven Realty, Inc., appealed to the City Council from the determination of the Planning Commission, and the City Council of the City of 13, 1973, in Riverside conducted a public }hearing the matter of said appeal. RESOLVED by the City Council on February of the City of Riverside that it be and is hereby found and determined from the facts and conditions shown by the evidence at the public }hearing and by the investigation of the City Council that the pubile necessity, convenience, welfare and good zoning practices Justify the grant- ing of said permit for 312 units only upon the terms and conditions therein contained. RESOLVED furtbe~ that said Planned Hesidential Development Permit be and is hereby granted and that the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Riverside be instructed to sign said permit.
