<br />CITY ArrO"'N~V <br />'UVt"sIOI[ <br />CALIf"OftNr" <br /> <br />I l !. <br /> <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 12253 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING SECTION ~ OF <br />RESOLUTION HO. 12154, AS AMENDED, TO CHANGE THE <br />SALARY RANGE AND INCREASE THE COMPENSATION OF <br />THOSE EplPLOYEES REPRESENTED BY THE INTERNATIonAL <br />BROTHERHOOD OF ELECTRICAL WORKERS AFL-CIO, LOCAL <br />UNION #47, THE RIVERSIDE POLICE OFFICERS' <br />ASSOCIATION, AND THE RIVERSIDE FIREMEN'S BENEFIT <br />ASSOCIATION, INC. (INCLUDING ANALOGOUS MANAGEMENT <br />EMPLOYEES FOR SAID UNITS) BY 1%, 11% AND 4.5% <br />RESPECTIVELY; TO CHANGE THE SALARY RANGE AND <br />INCREASE THE COI-iPENSATION OF THE CITY ATTORNEY <br />AND HIS STAFF ATTORNEYS BY 2%; AND TO CHANGE THE <br />SALARY RANGE AND INCREASE THE COMPENSATION OF <br />THE TRAFFIC ENGINEER BY 5%. <br /> <br />10 <br /> <br />II The City Council of the City of Riverside does resolve <br />12 as follows: <br /> <br />13 <br /> <br />Section 1: Section 4 of Resolution No. 12154) as <br /> <br />14 amended by Resolutions Nos. 12172, 12173) 12192, 12203, 12214, <br />15 12222, 12223, 12225, 12229, 12234 and 12242, is hereby further <br />16 amended by changing the salary ranges and increasing the compen- <br />17 sation of those employees represented by the International <br />18 Brotherhood of Electrical Workers AFL-CIO, Local Union #47, <br />19 the Riverside Police Officers' Association, and the Riverside <br />. Firemen's Benefit Association, Inc.
