1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 CITY ATTOP'lNl:Y "IVI!I'lSIDJ: (;1IUF"Ol'tNIA <61 RESOLUTION NO. 12531 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING THE INTENTION TO VACATE PORTIONS OF DALES STREET AND WILDERNESS AVENUE; REFERRING TO A ~!AP ON FILE AND RESERVING PERMANENT EASEMENTS AND RIGHTS OF WAY FOR SANITARY SEWER AND GAS LINE FACILITIES AS PROVIDED IN SECTION 8330 OF THE STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE, AND DETERMINING THAT THE PUBLIC CONvENIENCE AND NECESSITY REQUIRE THE RESERVATION OF SUCH EASEMENTS AS PROVIDED IN SECTION 8331 OF SAID CODE; AND FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING. RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Riverside as follows: 1. That it is the intention of the City Council of the City of Riverside, California, to vacate portions of Dales street and Wilderness Avenue upon the grounds and for the reason that said portions of the streets are unnecessary for present or future public use. The said city Council hereby elects and expresses its election to proceed to vacate said portions of the streets pursuant to the provisions of the street Vacation Act of 1941, being Sections 8300 et seq. of Part 3, Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California. 2. That the portion of Dales Street which it is the intention of the City Council to vacate is located in the City of Riverside, County of Riverside, State of California, and is more particularly described in the document attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A", and by this reference made a part hereof. 3. That the portion of Wilderness Avenue which it is the intention of the City Council to vacate is located in the City of Riverside, County of Riverside, state of California, and is more particularly described in the document attached hereto, marked Exhibit nBlI, and by this reference made a part l)ereof. 4. That the portions of the streets sought to be vacated are shown on a certain map on file with the City Clerk of the City of Riverside, California, and reference is hereby made to said map on file.
