<br />A RESOLUTION OF TilE CITY COUNCIL OF TilE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, <br />CAI,IFORNIA, ASCERTAINING AND SPECIFYING TilE CURRENT PRE- <br />VAILING RATE 01' PER DIEM WAGES PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS <br />OF SECTION 1770 El' SEQ.
