<br />1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 . <br />I <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />29 <br />30 <br />31 <br />32 <br />CITY ATTORNEY <br />Rl....!:RSIOE <br />CALIFORNIA <br />~70 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 12509 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE CIRCULA'fIOlI AND <br />TRANSPORTATION ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN BY ADOP'rING <br />A NEW PRECISE ALIGNMENT FOR TYLER STREET FROM HOLE <br />AVENUE TO A POINT APPROXIMATELY 600 FEET NOR'fHWES'fERLY <br />OF MAGNOLIA AVENUE <br /> <br />WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Riverside has <br /> <br />duly adopted a Circulation and Transportation Element of the <br />, . <br /> <br />General Plan, including therein a general alignment for Tyler <br /> <br />Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Planning Department of the City of Riverside <br /> <br />has heretofore proposed that said Circulation and Transportation <br /> <br />Element be amended by adopting a precise alignment for a certain <br /> <br />_ portion of Tyler Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS the City Council at its regularly scheduled <br /> <br />meeting of August 14, 1973 duly affirmed and found that said <br /> <br />proposed precise alignment would not have a significant environ- <br /> <br />mental effect; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Planning Commission of the City of Riverside <br /> <br />held a duly advertised public meeting at the city Hall on <br /> <br />December 5, 1974 and considered the adoption of the proposed <br /> <br />precise alignment of Tyler Street, and heard and considered evi- <br /> <br />dence introduced and statements made at said hearing, and thereupon <br /> <br />reconunended to the City council that said Circulation and Trans-._ <br /> <br />portation Element be amended by adopting the proposed precise <br /> <br />alignment of a portion of Tyler Street; and <br /> <br /> <br />~nIEREAS the City Council of the City of Riverside held <br /> <br />a duly advertised public hearing on said proposed amendment to <br />the Circulation and Transportation Element of the General Plan at <br /> <br />the City Hall on January 7, 1975, and considered the determinations <br /> <br />and recommendations of -the Planning Conunission, and considered <br /> <br />the evidence introduced and statements made at said hearing; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br />
