General Plan, including therein a general alignment for Tyler Street; and WHEREAS the Planning Department of the City of Riverside has heretofore proposed that said Circulation and Transportation Element be amended by adopting a precise alignment for a certain _ portion of Tyler Street; and WHEREAS the City Council at its regularly scheduled meeting of August 14, 1973 duly affirmed and found that said proposed precise alignment would not have a significant environ- mental effect; and WHEREAS the Planning Commission of the City of Riverside held a duly advertised public meeting at the city Hall on December 5, 1974 and considered the adoption of the proposed precise alignment of Tyler Street, and heard and considered evi- dence introduced and statements made at said hearing, and thereupon reconunended to the City council that said Circulation and Trans-._ portation Element be amended by adopting the proposed precise alignment of a portion of Tyler Street; and ~nIEREAS the City Council of the City of Riverside held a duly advertised public hearing on said proposed amendment to the Circulation and Transportation Element of the General Plan at the City Hall on January 7, 1975, and considered the determinations and recommendations of -the Planning Conunission, and considered the evidence introduced and statements made at said hearing; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
