That it is the intention of the City Council of the 12 City of Riverside, California, to vacate a portion of Thirteent~ 13 Street upon the grounds and fol' the l'eason that said street is l~ unnecessary for pl'esent or future publiC use. The said City 15 16 17 18 19 20 Council hereby elects and expresses its election to proceed to vacate said portion o~ said street pursuant to the provisions of the Street Vacation Act of ]9~1, being Sections 8300 et sea. of Part 3, Division 9 of the Stl'eets and lIi~hways Code of the of the State of California. 21 2. That the portion of the street which it is the intention of the City Council to vacate is located in the City 22 of Hiverside, County of Riverside, State of California, and J.5 more particularly described as follows: 23 2~ 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 That portion of TIIIRTEENTH STREET, as sh01in by map of THE SANTA FE TRACT, on file in Book 6 of Maps, at page l~ thereof, records of San Bernardino County, California, lying Northwesterly of a line which is parallel with and distant 27 feet North- westerly, as measured at right angle from the centerline of l!Oi'lARD AVENUE, and lying Southeasterly of a line Which is parallel with and distant 125 feet Northwesterly, as measured at riv,ht angle from said centerline of HO\1ARD AVEIWE. RESERVING therefrom the Southwesterly 10 feet for gas line facilities; ALSO RESERVING therefrom the Southwesterly 1/2 (one half) for water line facilities;
