Zoning Case V 41 767 13 15 16 17 20 ( 28 30 ]2 RESOLUTION NO. 12992 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TRE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFOPJqIA* RENDERING ITS DECISION GRANTING AN APPLICATION FOR VARIANCES. The Board of zoning Adjustment of the City of Riverside denied the application of Frank Z. and Helen A. Douglas, Zoning Case V-41-767, for variances from the side-yard sehback require- ments of Section 19.10.080 and from tbe parking requi-ements of Scl:rich 39.74.010 of the Riverside Municipal Code. Petitioners appealed to the City Council from the determination of the Board of Zoning Adjustment. The City Council of the City of Riverside conducted a public hearing on January 18, 1977, in the matter of said appeal. RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Riverside that it be and is hereby found and determined from the facts and conditions shown by fhe evidence at the public hearing and by the investigation of the City Council that the conditions set forth in Section 19.64.130 (b) exist, and the granting of the variance will be in harmony with the general purpose and intent of the Riverside Municipal Code. RESOLVED FURTHER that variances be and are hereby granted for the purpose of (1) retaining an existing garage converted to living quarters which encroaches 2 feet into the required 5-foot-wide side yard sefback, (2) waiving the requirement of one covered off street parking space, and (3) retaining an existing room addihion which encroaches 5 feet into the required 5-foot- wide side yard setback, as shown on th~ plot plan and in accord- ance with the terms of the condifions of approval.
