Kreeger, attorney for and on behalf of petitioner, <br />appealed to 'the City Council from the determination of the Board <br />of Zoning Adjustment. The City Council of the City of Riverside <br /> <br />conducted a public hearing on January 18, 1977, in the matter of <br /> <br />said appeal. <br />RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Riverside that <br /> <br />it be and is hereby found and determined from the facts and <br /> <br />conditions shown by the evidence at the public hearing and <br />by the investigation of the City Council that the conditions' <br />set forth in Section 19.64.130 (b) exist, and the granting of <br /> <br />the variance will be in harmony with the general purpose and <br />intent of the Riverside Municipal Code. <br /> <br />RESOLVED FURTHER that a variance as requested by appellant <br /> <br />--.' <br /> <br />is denied, but that a variance be and is' hereby granted for the <br />purpose of allowing a 207-square-foot freestanding identification <br /> <br />sign, 45 feet in height, without a reader board; and two directional <br /> <br />signs containing 12 square feet in area and 6 feet in height, <br /> <br />with all existing signs to be removed, in accordance with the terms <br /> <br />of the conditions of approval. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the City Council and signed by the Mayor and <br /> <br />attested by the <br /> <br /> <br />, 1977. <br /> <br />Attest: <br /> <br />ALICE A.
