RESOLUTION NO. 13369 A RESOLUTION OF TEE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EiVERSIDE~ CALIFORNIA, ADOPTED PURSUANT TO THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENT INVESTIGATION, LIMITATION AND MAJORITY PROTEST ACT OF 1931, DETERMINING THE GENERAL NATURE, LOCATION AND EXTENT OF THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT PROPOSED TO BE MADE PURSUANT TO TRE IMPROVEMENT ACT OP 1911 IN TEE PROPOSED WITT AVENUE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 1N THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE; AND APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE PLANS, PROFILES, SPECIFICATIONS, DETAILED DI~WINGS AND SPECIAL PROVISIONS FOR SAID IMPROVEMENT; AND APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT MAP; AND APPROVING THE REPORT OF THE CITY ENGINEER; AND FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF TSE PUBLIC HEARING AND FOR SEARING OBJECTIONS AND PROTESTS. WHEREAS a petiEion has been presented to the City Council requesting that certain improvements be added to a portion of Witt Avenue pursuant to the provisions of the Improvement Act of 1911; and WHEREAS the Public Works Department of the city of Riverside has prepared and furnished an engineer's report relating to fha proposed improvements, together wifh plans and specifications containing careful estimates of the costs and expenses of said improvements; NOW, THEREFORE, BE iT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Riverside, California, pursuant to the Special Assessment Investigation, Limitafion and Majority Protest Act of 1931, being Division 4 of the Streets and Highways Code, as follows: 1. The City Council of the City of Riverside, California, hereinafter sometimes called the "City Council", proposes fo order the improvement of a portion of Wi~t Avenue, in the herein described proposed Witt Avenue Assessment District, in the City uf Riverside, by doing the herein described work, and constructing and installing the herein described improvements; and fo assess the whole amount of the costs and expanses and incidental expenses thereof upon and against the lots, portions of lots, and parcels of land in the proposed Witt Avenue Assessment
