13 15 17 18 19 2O 22 23 2a 26 27 28 29 30 3~ RESOLUTION NO. 13368 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, PROFILESt DETAILED DRAWINGS AND SPECIAL PROVISIONS, AND THE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT MAP, IN THE WITT AVENUE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT PROCEEDING PURSUANT TO THE IMPROVF24ENT ACT OF 1911, AND FIXING THE AMOUNT OF LIQUIDATED DAMAGES IN THE EVENT OF DEFAULT IN THE TIME OF COMPLETION OF THE WORE. WHEREAS a petition has been presented to the City Council requesting that certain improvements be added to that portion of Witt Avenue between its intersection with North Main Street and a point approximately 1150 feet Westerly of said intersec- tion, pursuant to the provisions of the Improvement Act of 1911; and WHEREAS the city Council has authorized and instructed the Public Works Department of the City of Riverside to prepare and furnish plans and specifications with careful estimates of the costs and expenses for the construction of said improve- NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Riverside, California, pursuant to the Improve- ment Act of 1911, being Division 7 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, as follows: 1. The City Council of the City of Riverside, California, hereinafter sometimes called the "City Council", hereby approves and adopts the plans, profiles, specifications, detailed drawlngs and speclal provisions furnished by the City Engineer for the public work and improve~lent in the Witt Avenue Assessment District proceeding pursuant to the Special Assessment Investiga- tion, Limitation and Majortty Protest Act of 1931, and the between its intersection with North Main Street and a point approximately 1150 feet Westerly of said intersection, in the herein descrlbed Witt Avenue Assessment District in the C~*'y
