13 <br /> <br /> 16 <br /> <br /> 17 <br /> <br /> 18 <br /> <br /> 19 <br /> <br /> 26 <br />( <br /> <br /> ~9 <br /> <br /> ~0 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13356 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TSE CITY OF <br /> RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, RENDERING ITS DECISION <br /> GRANTING AN APPLICATION FOR A VARIANCE. <br /> <br /> The Board of Zoning Adjustment of the City of Riverside <br />denied the appl{cat]on of Robert Lammers, Zoning Case V-62-778, <br />for the following variances from Resolution NO. 12006 and from <br />the following ~ect~ons of the Riverside Municipal Code: <br />Common open space requirements of Section 19.65,060, parking <br />requirements of Section 19.74.0]0, lot size requirements of <br />Section 19.16.030, parking maneuvering area requirements of <br />Resolution No. 12006, driveway width requirements of Resolution <br />NO. 12006, and setback requirements of Section 19.16.830. <br /> <br /> The petitioner appealed to the City Council from the <br />determination of the Board of Zoning Adjustment. The City <br />Council of the City of Riverside conducted a public hearing on <br />January 3, ]978, in the matter of said appeal. <br /> <br /> RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Riverside <br />that it be and ~s hereby found and determined from the facts <br />and conditions shown by the evidence at the public hearing and <br />by the investigation of the City Council that the conditions <br />set forth in Section 19.64.130(b) exist, and the granting of <br />the variance will be in harmony with the general purpose and <br />intent of the R~verside Municipal Code. <br /> <br /> RESOLVED FURTHER that a variance be and is hereby granted <br />for the following purposes: (1) to waive the required common <br />open space; (2) to provide 4 instead of the required 5 parking <br />spaces; (3) to construct a multiple-family dwelling unit on a <br />substandard size lot; (4) to provide a substandard width parking <br />maneuvering area of 25 feet rather than 28 feet; (5) to provide <br />a substandard width driveway of 16 feet rather than 24 feet; and <br />(6) to construct a multiple-family dwelling unit which encroaches <br />approximately 4-1/2 feet into the r~quired 10 foot street side <br /> <br /> <br />
