<br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br /> RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING SUBSECTION (h)
<br /> OF SECTION 4 OF RESOLUTION NO~ 12869, AS ;%MENDED,
<br /> BY DELETING FROM THE "SOURLY RATES" LIST OF TEE
<br /> SPECIAL CLASSES THE CLASS TITLE ;%ND COMPENSATION
<br /> FOR SU~94EE EMPLOYEE, AND BY ADDING THERETO A NEW
<br /> CLASS TITLE AND COMPENSATION FOR CASU~fb LABORER.

<br /> The City Council of the City of Riverside does resolve
<br />
<br />as follows:
<br />
<br /> Section 1: Sub§ection (h) of Section 4 of Resolution
<br />
<br />No. 12869, as amended by Resolutions Nos. 12870, 12871, 12884,
<br />12905, 12941, 12942, 12944, 12959, 12960, 12970, 12975, 12977,
<br />12980, 12996, 13009, 13103, 13116, 13118, 13124, 13142, 13164,
<br />13176, 13196, 13206, 13217, 13220, 13222, 13268, 13316, 13317,
<br />13329, 13350, 13352, 13353, 13362, 13373, 13376, 13385, 13407,
<br />13411, 13429, 13441, 13445, 13494, 13502, 13524, 13530, 13565,
<br />13581, and ]3602, is hereby further amended by deleting from the
<br />"Hourly Rates" list of the Special Classes the class title and
<br />compensation for Summer Employee.

<br /> SectJon 2: Subsection (h) of Section 4 of Resolution
<br />
<br />NO. 12869, as amended by those resolutions set forth in Section 1
<br />h~reof, is hereby further amended by adding to the "Hourly Rates"
<br />list of the Special Classes a new class title and compensation
<br />for Casual Laborer to read as follows:
