BE IT RBSODVED by the City Council of the City of Riverside, California, as follows: ~ection 1: Section 3 of Resolution NO. 14509 is hereby amended in its entirety fo read as follows to provide for thirty monthly permit spaces Jn Parking Lot 2 at the rate of $10 per month per permit: "Section 3: The following number of monthly permit spaces and fees are hereby established for the municipal parking tacilities hereafter listed; provided, however, the City Manager may reduce or add ko the number of monthly parking spaces at any parking facility with monthly parking by written notice filed with the City Clerk: Number of Monthly Parking Facility Per~i~aces Permit Fee Parking Lot 2 30 $10 Parking Lot 3 30 $12 Parking Lot 14 42 $15 Parking Lot 27 39 $10 Parking Lot 30 68 $10 Parking Lot E 40 $12 Parking Garage 1 96 $25 Inside $15 Roof Parking Garage 2 88 $25 Inside $15 Roof Parking Garage 3 63 $35 Inside $25 Roof Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, any individual person, firm or corporation may purchase permits at the following bulk rates: Tbe monthly fee for roof permits for Garage 1 shall be $12.00 for purchase of ten or more permits, and the monthly fee for roof peri,its for Garage 3 shall be $22.00 for the purchase of 50 or more permits. Permits may not be resold."
