Zoning <br />Case <br /> <br /> 20 <br /> <br /> 22 <br /> 23 <br /> 24 <br /> 25 <br /> 26 <br /> 27 <br /> 28 <br /> 29 <br /> 30 <br /> <br />2 10-82 <br /> <br />P~SOLUTION NO. 14608 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION Ok THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A VARIANCR AT <br />8330 INDIANA AVENUE, AND MAKING FINDINGS THEREON. <br /> <br /> The Board of Zoning Adjustment of the City of Riverside <br />denied the application of Roger Miller, zoning Case V-74-812, <br />for a variance from the sign requirements of Seotion 19.76.110 <br />of the Riverside Municipal Code. <br /> <br /> Nancy Snell of Qulel Bros. Electric Sign Service CO., <br />Inc, appealed on behalf of the petitioner to the City Council <br />from the determination of the Board of Zoning Adjustment. The <br />City Council of the Riverside conducted a public hearing on <br />January 26, 1982, in the matter of said appeal. <br /> <br /> RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Riverside <br />that it be and is hereby fo%u~d and determined from the facts <br />and conditions shown by the evidence at the public hearing and <br />by the investigation of the City Council that the conditions <br />set forth in Seotion 19.64.130 (b) exist, and the granting of <br />the variance will be in harmony with the g~neral purpose <br />and intent of the Riverside Municipal Code. <br /> <br /> RESOLVED FURTHER that a variance be and is hereby granted <br />for the purpose of replacing an existing Mazda freestanding <br />identifiuation sign and enlarging the sign previously granted <br />a variance with a 23-foot-high, approximately 60-square-foot <br />freestanding identification sign, as shown on the plot plan <br />and in accordance with the terms of the conditions of approval. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED by the City Council and signed by the Mayor and <br />attested by the City Clerk this 26th day of January, 1982. <br /> <br />Attest: <br /> <br />City Clerk of the City of Riverside <br /> <br /> <br />
