3 4 5 7 8 9 2O 23 24 26 27 29 3O 1/25/s~ BP/jm 32 RESOLUTION NO. 14607 A RESOLUTION OF TIlE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CiTY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, WI?HDRAWING FROM THE HIGHGROVE HIGHWAY LIGHTING DISTRICT IN ACCORDANCE WITH TUE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 19290 OF THE STREETS · AND HIGHWAYS CODE THAT AREA ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE AS "CITY OF RIVERSIDE LAFC 81-41-5 (ANNEXATION NO. 52--PALMYRITA-GAGE II)". WHEREAS that certain area known as "city of Riverside LAFC 81-41-5 (Annexation No. 52--Palmyrita Gage II)" is included within the Highgrove Highway Lighting District created pursuant to the provisions of the Highway Lighting District Act; and WHEREAS pursuant fo the provisions of Section 35155 of the Government Code of the State of California, the Resolution of the City Council of the City of Riverside ordering the annexation of "City of Riverside ],AFC 81 41-5 (Annexation NO. 52- Palmyrita-Gage II)" to the city of Riverside provided that said annexation shall become effective as of March 15, ]982; and WHEREAS under the provisions of Section 19290 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, a portion of such a Lighting District may be withdrawn from said Lighting District when it is included within a city by annexation; NOW, TDEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Riverside as follows: Section 1: Portions of the Highgrovc IIighway Lighting District described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and Jncorpor ated herein by this reference, annexed to the City of Riverside ilnder the provisions of the Municipal Organization Act of 1977 (commencJ ng with Section 35000 of the Government Code of the State of California) under the proceedings designated as "City of Riverside LAFC 81 4]-5 (Annexation No. 52--Palmy~ita Gage II)",
