2 4 5 7 8 9 20 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 80 32 RESOLUTION NO. 14592 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CiTY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, RELATING TO PROJECT APPROVAL BY THE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE FOR BERKLINE CORPORATION ON FEBRUARY 24, 1981. h~I~EAS, on February 24, 1981, the Industrial Development Authority of the City of Riverside, California, did certify to this City Council that it had accepted and approved an Application for Financing ("Application") o~ a Project to be located in the City of Riverside, submitted by Berkline Corporation; and WHEREAS, the City Council acting as the Board of Directors of the Authority approved the Application and no changes have occurred which affected the Authority's desire to issue bonds to assist the financing of the project; and Wq{EREAS, it appears to this City Council upon the examination of the Application, related exhibits, and the £indings and determinations made in Industrial Development Authority Resolution No. 1, that the approval of said Application would iii fact inure to the public benefit, and would be in accordance with the terms, provisions and intent of the California Industrial Development Financing Act, California Government Code section 91500 et seq., and otherwise in accordance with law; and WHEREAS, the further approval of the Application by this City Council is required by law before the State may consider authorizing the issuance of revenue bonds by the Authority; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that: Section 1: The action of the Authority as set forth in the said Resolution be and the same hereby is approved. Section 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the Authority that the approval of the City Council as set forth
