<br />AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br /> <br />FOR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES <br /> <br />(California Tower, Suite 800/Ground Floor Retail) <br /> <br />This Amendment to the Agreement for Property Management Services (California <br />Tower, Suite 800/Ground Floor Retail) is made and entered into this 8th day of September, <br />1998, by and between the Redevelopment Agency for the City of Riverside, a public entity, <br />hereinafter referred to as "Agency," and Inland Pacific Advisors, Inc., 5225 Canyon Crest Dr., <br />Suite 360, Riverside, CA 92507, hereinafter referred to as "Agent." <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on August 12, 1998, the Agency and Agent entered into an Agreement for <br />Property Management Services for the California Tower, Suite 800 and ground floor retail <br />premises; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Agency requires additional assistance of the Agent to supervise the exterior <br />maintenance of the retail food court on the ground floor of the California Tower located at 3737 <br />Main Street, Riverside, CA 92501, and is familiar with the plans of the Agency. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Exhibit "C" of the Agreement, Agent's compensation for such <br />services were not to exceed $2,050.00 in arrears on the first working day of each month; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, management services needed by the Redevelopment Agency for July 1, <br />1998 to June 30, 2000 will require increasing the original amount of monthly compensation as <br />provided in the current Agreement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Agent has affirmed its willingness and ability to continue to perform such <br /> <br />work. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, Agency and Agent mutually agree as follows: <br /> <br />A. That the first Whereas clause of said Agreement shall be amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Agency requires the assistance of an agent that is experienced in <br />providing Property Management Services to Suite 800, the ground floor retail <br />premises, and the retail food court of the California Tower located at 3737 Main <br />Street, Riverside, California 92501, herein designated as the "Project" and is familiar <br />with the plans of the Agency. <br /> <br />B.
