6 7 8 9 lO ll 12 ~5 ~6 ~9 20 21 22 26 ~7 RESOLUTION NO. 17030 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 16001 TO COMPLY WITH SECTION 66498.7(a) OF THE GOVERNMENT CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA AND TO MODIFY PROCEDURES FOR PROCESSING VESTING TENTATIVE MAPS. WHEREAS Resolution No. 16001 was adopted pursuant to the authority granted by Chapter 4.5 (commencing with Section 66498.1) of Division 2 of Title 7 of the Government Code of the State of California; and WHEREAS Section 66498.7(a) of the Government Code of the State of California requires that Resolution No. 16001 be amended to include the processing of vesting tentative maps for nonresidential developments; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Riverside that Resolution No. 16001 is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 1: No land shall be subdivided and developed pursuant to a vesting tentative map for any purpose which is in- consistent with the City of Riverside General Plan or any appli- cable specific plan or is not permitted by the zoning ordinance or other applicable provisions of the Riverside Municipal Code. Section 2: A "vesting tentative map" shall mean a "tentative map" for a subdivision of land that shall have printed conspicuously on its face the words "Vesting Tentative Map" at the time it is filed in accordance with Section 4, and is thereafter processed in accordance with the provisions hereof.
