In <br />that regard, Members of the City Council and the public are advised that any delay or disruption in the <br />proceedings or a refusal to obey the orders of the City Councilor the presiding officer constitutes a violation <br />of these rules. <br /> <br />3 P.M.--CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />MAYOR PRO TEMPORE CALLS MEETING TO ORDER <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS/PLANNING REFERRALS AND APPEALS --Audience participation is encouraged. <br /> <br />1. Case P07-1195 - Bryce G. Cooper, Sr. - Land Use Committee and staff recommends approval of <br />variance to legalize existing approximately 99-square-foot accessory structure set back two feet from <br />side and rear property lines where minimum 5-foot setback is required - 5161 Wroxton Drive (Ward 3) <br /> <br />LISTENING ASSISTIVE DEVICES are available for the hearing impaired--please see City Clerk. <br /> <br />The City of Riverside wishes to make all of its public meetings accessible to the public.
