Prater, Zoning Case V-104-889, for a variance from the <br />side yard setback requirements of Section 19.10,080(2) of the <br />Riverside Municipal Code. <br /> <br /> Applicant appealed to the City Council from the <br />determination of the Board of Administrative Appeals and Zoning <br />Adjustment. The City Council of the City of Riverside conducted <br />a public hearing on January 10, 1989, which hearing was <br />continued from January 3, 1989, in the matter of said appeal. <br /> <br /> RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Riverside <br />that it be and is hereby found and determined from the facts and <br />conditions shown by the evidence at the public hearing and by <br />the investigation of the City Council that the conditions set <br />forth in Section 19.64,130 (b) exist, and the granting of the <br />variance will be in harmony with the general purpose and intent <br />of the Riverside Municipal Code. <br /> <br /> RESOLVED FURTHER that a variance be and is hereby <br />granted for the purpose of allowing a patio cover to encroach up <br />to approximately six feet into the required 7.5-foot side yard <br />setback, as shown on the plot plan and in accordance with the <br />terms of the conditions of approval. <br /> <br />/// <br /> <br />/// <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY <br />RIVERSIDE <br />CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> <br />
