The <br />City Council of the City of Riverside conducted a public hearing <br />on January 3, 1989, which hearing was continued from December 6, <br />1988 in the matter of said appeal. <br /> <br /> RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Riverside <br />that it be and is hereby found and determined from the facts and <br />conditions shown by the evidence at the public hearing and by <br />the investigation of the City Councils that the conditions set <br />forth in Section 19.64.130 (b) exist, and the granting of the <br />variance will be in harmony wi~h ~he general purpose and intent <br />of the Riverside Municipal Code. <br /> <br /> RESOLVED FURTHER that a variance be and is hereby <br />granted for the purpose of constructing a commercial shopping <br />center and allowing parking to encroach up to approximately 8 <br />feet into the required 15-foot landscaped setback along Magnolia <br />Avenue, and allowing 32% compact spaces where a maximum of 30% <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY <br />RIVE RSI DE <br /> CALl FORNI A <br /> <br /> <br />
