That it is the intention of the City Council of the <br />City of Riverside, California, to vacate an alley located <br />between Third and Fourth Streets, situated easterly of Mulberry <br />Street and westerly of Vine Street, upon the grounds and for the <br />reason that said alley is unnecessary for present or future <br />public use. The said City Council hereby elects and expresses <br />its election to proceed to vacate said alley pursuant to the <br />provisions of the Public Streets, Highways, and Service <br />Easements Vacation Law, being Sections 8300 et seq. of Part 3, <br />Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of <br />California. <br /> <br /> 2. That the alley which it is the intention of the City <br />Council to vacate is located in the City of Riverside, County of <br />Riverside, State of California, and is more particularly <br />described in the document attached hereto, marked Exhibit A, and <br />by this reference made a part hereof. <br /> <br /> 3.
