1 2 5 6 7 8 9 lO ll 12 15 16 ~9 2O 21 22 2~ 25 26 27 CITY ATTORNEY RIVERSIDE CALIFORNIA VAC-7-889 RESOLUTION NO. 17012 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING THE INTENTION TO VACATE AN ALLEY LOCATED BETWEEN THIRD AND FOURTH STREETS, SITUATED EASTERLY OF MULBERRY STREET AND WESTERLY OF VINE STREET; REFERRING TO A MAP ON FILE AND RESERVING A PERMANENT EASEMENT AND RIGHT OF WAY FOR SANITARY SEWER FACILITIES AS PROVIDED IN SECTION 8340 OF THE STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE, AND DETERMINING THAT THE PUBLIC CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY REQUIRE THE RESERVATION OF SUCH EASEMENT AS PROVIDED IN SECTION 8341 OF SAID CODE; AND FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING. follows: RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Riverside as 1. That it is the intention of the City Council of the City of Riverside, California, to vacate an alley located between Third and Fourth Streets, situated easterly of Mulberry Street and westerly of Vine Street, upon the grounds and for the reason that said alley is unnecessary for present or future public use. The said City Council hereby elects and expresses its election to proceed to vacate said alley pursuant to the provisions of the Public Streets, Highways, and Service Easements Vacation Law, being Sections 8300 et seq. of Part 3, Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California. 2. That the alley which it is the intention of the City Council to vacate is located in the City of Riverside, County of Riverside, State of California, and is more particularly described in the document attached hereto, marked Exhibit A, and by this reference made a part hereof. 3.
