This conveyance is in accordance with, and subject to the Central <br />Industrial/Sycamore Canyon and Box Springs Merged Project Area (the .'Redevelopment Plan"). <br />The Redevelopment Plan and related documents are public records on file in the offices of the <br />City Clerk of the City of Riverside located at 3900 Main Street, Riverside, California 92522. <br />The Redevelopment Plan and related documents are incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br />B. This conveyance is also in accordance with, and subject to, that certain <br />Disposition and Development Agreement dated 12-18-01 ("DDA") entered into by the <br />Grantor and Grantee. The DDA and related documents are public records on file in the offices of <br />the City Clerk of the City of Riverside located at 3900 Main Street, Riverside, California 92522. <br />The DDA and related documents are herein incorporated by reference.
