In accordance with the procedures set forth in Elections Code section 15627, I hereby request a full manual examination and recount of all ballots cast in the Ward 1 election, including printed image reproductions of electronic ballots, paper Opti-Scan ballots, and any and all other ballots cast in the election. Furthermore, as provided under Elections Code section 15622, I request that the recount commence with the following precincts, in this order: 21108, 21125, 21100, 21124, 21103,11104,11111,21104,21101. I respectfully reserve the right to later amend and/or supplement this order of precincts. In addition, pursuant to Elections Code section 15630, I request that your office make available other "relevant elections material" relating to the Ward 1 election in connection with the recount, including but not limited to: · The certified statement of the votes cast in the Ward 1 election, with subtotals by precinct and absentee ballot group listing the total number of ballots cast for each candidate and the number of over and under votes recorded in each precinct and absentee ballot group; · All rejected provisional ballots and envelopes, with an explanation of the reasons for their rejection; · All rejected absentee ballots and envelopes, with an explanation of the
