<br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />AND <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />MINUTES <br />TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 20,2007,3 P.M. <br />ART PICK COUNCIL CHAMBER <br />CITY HALL <br />3900 MAIN STREET <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br /> <br />Mayor Loveridge called the meeting to order at 3 p.m. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL/REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS/PLANNING REFERRALS AND APPEALS <br /> <br />RIVERSIDE RENAISSANCE BID 6555 TYLER DOGGY <br />BARKWA Y INITIAL STUDY AND MITIGATED NEGATIVE <br />DECLARATION - 91 FREEWAY/TYLER BETWEEN COMANCHE AND <br />SHOSHONE - REMOVED FROM AGENDA <br />The proposal of the City of Riverside Parks, Recreation, and Community <br />Services Department to adopt an Initial Study and Mitigated Negative <br />Declaration in conformance with the requirements of the California <br />Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and award Bid 6555 for the construction of <br />Tyler Doggy Barkway consisting of three gated areas for small, medium, and <br />large dogs, dog agility area, comfort stations, obstacle courses, benches, and <br />other amenities to facilitate recreation and training, located southeasterly of <br />the 91 Freeway on Tyler Street, between Comanche and Shoshone Avenues <br />was removed from the agenda. <br /> <br />CASES P06-0993, P06-0457, AND P07-0999 - APPEAL - FINAL <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT SUPPLEMENT AND SPECIFIC PLAN <br />AMENDMENT HISTORIC HOLE RANCH GRAIN SILOS <br />RIVERWALK/COLLETT/PIERCE - RESOLUTIONS <br />Hearing was called relative to the appeal of Turner Development Corporation <br />of the Cultural Heritage Board's (CHB) denial of a Certificate of <br />Appropriateness for demolition of four concrete grain silos approximately <br />35 feet tall and 12 feet in diameter on an approximately 25-acre site <br />associated with the Historic Hole Ranch located on the northwesterly side of <br />Riverwalk Parkway, southerly of Collett Avenue, and easterly of Pierce Street <br />in C-2-SP (Restricted Commercial and La Sierra University Specific Plan <br />Combining Zones). Seven people spoke on the matter.
