Yolanda <br />Garland spoke regarding attendance at City Council meetings and the City <br />Council election. Terry Frizzel spoke regarding the City Council election. <br />Marjorie von Pohle spoke regarding La Sierra. Mary Humbolt spoke <br />regarding the General Plan 2025 EIR. Mary Shelton spoke regarding the <br />train blockage at Magnolia and Brockton. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS/PLANNING REFERRALS AND APPEALS <br /> <br />RIVERSIDE RENAISSANCE BID 6555 TYLER DOGGY <br />BARKWAY INITIAL STUDY AND MITIGATED NEGATIVE <br />DECLARATION - 91 FREEWAYfTYLER BETWEEN COMANCHE AND <br />SHOSHONE - SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION - CONTINUED <br />Hearing was called on the proposal of the City of Riverside Parks, <br />Recreation, and Community Services Department to adopt an Initial Study <br />and Mitigated Negative Declaration in conformance with the requirements of <br />the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and award Bid 6555 for the <br />construction of Tyler Doggy Barkway consisting of three gated areas for <br />small, medium, and large dogs, dog agility area, comfort stations, obstacle <br />courses, benches, and other amenities to facilitate recreation and training, <br />located southeasterly of the 91 Freeway on Tyler Street, between Comanche <br />and Shoshone Avenues. No one was present wishing to speak on the <br />matter.
