The City and <br />Ward Five are indeed better places because of your analysis, expertise, and <br />tenacious follow up. Also, a special thanks from the residents of tree lined <br />Winifred Street. <br /> <br />Kudos to Dale Kinnear, North High School Principal, and 2006 California <br />Principal of the Year. Nominated by the Association of California School <br />Administrators, he is now being considered for the 2007 U.S. Principal of the <br />Year. Dale Kinnear has made important differences in the educational <br />experiences of thousands of Riverside high school students. <br /> <br />Kudos to Ed Blakely. Native of the Inland Empire.
