Savage, Margaret R. Savage, Jackie C. Johnston, Carolyn S. Johnston, Gordon L. Simmons and Crystal J. Simmons, per document recorded March 7, 1957, in Book 2051, Page 297, et seq., of Official Records of Riverside County, California; the real property described in said document recorded March 7, 1957, is also described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. WHEREAS the recordation of this irrevocable offer of dedication made in 1957, did not constitute acceptance of the dedication of the easements and rights-of-way by the County of Riverside.
