One person spoke on the matter. Morris Mendoza spoke <br />regarding the Casa Blanca Community, the Kathleen Gonzales Garden and <br />Public Utilities Building Dedications, and Casa Blanca Redevelopment <br />Project Area activities. <br /> <br />AGENCY CONSENT CALENDAR <br />The following items were approved by one motion affirming the actions Motion <br />appropriate to each item. Second <br />All Ayes <br /> <br />X <br /> <br />X <br /> <br />RIVERSIDE RENAISSANCE AGREEMENT AMENDMENT <br />COMMERCIAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM - FUNDS TRANSFER <br />The Redevelopment Agency (1) authorized fund transfers totaling $750,000 <br />as outlined in the written staff report for Commercial Improvement Programs <br />in the Downtown/Airport, University Corridor/Sycamore Canyon, Magnolia <br />Center, Arlington, and La Sierra/Arlanza Redevelopment Project Areas; and <br />(2) approved the Second Amendment to the Professional Consultant <br />Services Agreement with WWCOT Architects in the amount of $35,000 for <br />architectural services. <br /> <br />93-126 <br />
