<br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />AND <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />MINUTES <br />TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 18,2007,3 P,M, <br />ART PICK COUNCIL CHAMBER <br />CITY HALL <br />3900 MAIN STREET <br /> <br />WARDS <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br /> <br />Present <br /> <br />In the absence of Mayor Loveridge, Mayor Pro Tempore Adkison called the <br />meeting to order at 3 p,m, <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL/REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS/PLANNING REFERRALS AND APPEALS <br /> <br />CASE P07-0083 - APPEAL DENIED - PARCEL MAP 35404 - <br />1665 BRADLEY <br />Hearing was called relative to the appeal of Timothy and Lisette Edmond of <br />the denial of Parcel Map 35404 to subdivide approximately 2,33 acres into <br />four single-family residential lots located at 1665 Bradley Street, situated at <br />the northeast corner of Washington and Bradley Streets in the <br />R-1-130 - Single Family Residential Zone, One person was present wishing <br />to speak on the matter.
