AND 6:00 P.M., EXCEPT SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS, ON NEVA PLACE BETWEEN LAURA LANE AND BONITA AVENUE; TO AMEND SECTION 10.76.152 TO ESTABLISH A ONE HOUR PARKING LIMIT BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 9:00 A.M. AND 9:00 P.M., EXCEPT SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS, ON THE WEST SIDE OF LOCUST STREET FROM THE ALLEY SOUTH OF TWELFTH STREET TO THIRTEENTH STREET; AND TO AMEND SECTION 10.76,175 TO ESTABLISH PREFERENTIAL PERMIT PARKING ON SAID PORTIONS OF NEVA PLACE AND LOCUST STREET. The City Council of the City of Riverside does ordain as follows: Section 1: Section 10.76,150 of the Riverside Municipal Code is hereby amended to establish a one hour parking limit between the hours of nine a.m. and six p.m., except Sundays and holidays, on Neva Place between Laura Lane and Bonita Avenue; said section is hereby amended by adding thereto Neva Place to read as follows: Name of Street Neva Place Section 2: Limits Where Parking Limited to One Hour Laura Lane and Bonita Avenue Section 10.76.152 of the Riverside Municipal Code is hereby amended to establish a one hour parking limit between the hours of nine a.m. and nine p.m., except Sundays and holidays, on the west side of Locust Street from the alley south of Twelfth Street to Thirteenth Street; said section is hereby amended by adding thereto Locust Street to read as follows: Name of Street Limits Where Parking Limited to One Hour Locust Street, Alley south of Twelfth Street to Thirteenth west side Street
