Andrews Terraces, on £11e in Book 7, Page 49 <br />of Maps, records of said Riverside County, along the <br />southeasterly prolongation of said Lot 14, along the <br />southwesterly line of Lot 36 of said St. Andrews <br />Terraces, along the southwesterly boundary of the <br />McMullen Subdivision, on file in Book 7, Page 11 of <br />Maps, records of said Riverside County, to its <br />intersection with the northwesterly right-of-way line of <br />the State of California Freeway 91, as shown by State of <br />Highway map Book 2, page 125, recorded December 16, <br />1957, records of said Riverside County; <br /> THENCE southwesterly along said northwesterly <br />right-of-way line to its intersection with the <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY <br />RIVERSIDE <br />CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> <br />
