1 2 3 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 ~3 14 ~5 ~6 ~7 ~8 ~9 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 R-61-878 ORDINANCE NO. 5712 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING CHAPTER 19.06 OF THE RIVERSIDE MUNICIPAL CODE BY REZONING LAND FROM ZONE C-4 TO ZONES C-2-S-2-X. · "~he City Council of the City of Riverside does ordain as follows: Section 1: Chapter 19.06 of the Riverside Municipal Code and the Official Zoning Map which is a part thereof are amended by removing from the Automobile Service Station ("C-4") Zone and placing in the Restricted Commercial, Two-Story Height of Buildings and Building Setback ("C-2-S-2-X") Combining Zones with a 10' landscape setback off Madison Street, the land described as follows: That certain parcel in the City of Riverside, County of Riverside, State of California, described as: Portion of Lot 16 in Block 21 of Lands of the Riverside Land and Irrigating Company, as shown on map recorded in Book 1, Page 70 of Maps, records of San Bernardino County, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the most Easterly corner of said Lot 16 - being also at the intersection of the Southwesterly line of Madison Street and the Northwesterly line of Indiana Avenue; Thence North 34° 00' West along the said Southwesterly line of Madison Street, 460 feet to the true point of beginning - being also the most Northerly corner of that certain parcel of land conveyed to the State of California by Deed recorded April 15, 1953 in Book 1462, Page 255 of Official Records of Riverside County; Thence continuing North 34° 00' West along said Southwesterly line of Madison Street, 125 feet; Thence South 56° 00' West, 141 feet; Thence South 34° 00' East, 182.07 feet, more or less, to the Westerly line of said parcel of land conveyed to the State of California; Thence North 50° 41' 42" East along said Westerly line, 91.38 feet, more or less, to an angle point in said Westerly line; CITY ATTORNEY RIVERSIDE CALIFORNIA
