The City Council of the City of Riverside does ordain as follows: Section 1: Chapter 19.06 of the Riverside Municipal Code and the Official Zoning Map which is a part thereof are amended by removing from the Single-Family Residential ("R-l-130") Zone and the Residential Conservation ("RC") Zone and placing in the Residential Conservation ("RC") Zone the land described as follows: That portion of the north half of Section 1, Township 3 South, Range 5 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the most westerly corner of Tract No. 4351, as shown by map on file in Book 71 of Maps at pages 47 through 50 thereof of Maps, Records of Riverside County, California; Thence North 42° 23' 48" West, a distance of 710.36 feet to a point in the easterly boundary line of Piedmont Hills, as shown by map on file in Book 30 of Maps, at pages 80 and 81 thereof, Records of Riverside County, California; Thence North 00° 46' 50" East along the easterly boundary line of said Piedmont Hills, a distance of 166.51 feet to a point therein; Thence North 70° 49' 24" East, a distance of 40.00 feet; Thence South 41° 24' 15" East, a distance of 153.40 feet; Thence North 60° 30' 05" East, a distance of 167.35 feet to a point in a nontangent curve concave to the northeast having a radius of 230.00 feet, the radial line at said point bears South 45° 16' 04" West; Thence southeasterly along said curve to the left, through a central angle of 19° 38' 03", an arc distance of 78.82 feet to a point therein; the radial line at said point bears South 25° 38' 01" West; Thence North 32° 14' 06" East, a distance of 250.54 CITY ATTORNEY RIVERSIDE CALl FORNIA
