6 8 9 10 12 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 2~ 25 26 27 CITY ATTORNEY RIVERSIDE CALIFORNIA follows: ORDINANCE NO. 5707 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 10 OF THE RIVERSIDE MUNICIPAL CODE BY AMENDING THAT PORTION OF SECTION 10.76.030 RELATING TO OTTAWA AVENUE AS A THROUGH STREET BY ADDING TWELFTH STREET AS AN EXCEPTION THERETO TO PROVIDE FOR A MULTI-WAY STOP CONTROL AT THE INTERSECTION OF OTTAWA AVENUE AND TWELFTH STREET; BY AMENDING SECTION 10.76,150 TO REMOVE THE ONE HOUR PARKING LIMIT BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 9:00 A.M. AND 6:00 P.M., EXCEPT SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS, ON A PORTION OF MAIN STREET; AND BY AMENDING SECTION 10.76,170 TO LIMIT PARKING TO TWO HOURS ON ADDITIONAL PORTIONS OF MAIN STREET The City Council of the City of Riverside does ordain as Section 1: Section 10.76,030 of the Riverside Municipal Code relating to Ottawa Avenue as a through street is hereby amended by adding Twelfth Street as an exception thereto to provide for a multi-way stop control at the intersection of Ottawa Avenue and Twelfth Street; said portion of Section 10.76.030 is amended to read as follows: Name of Through Street Inclusive Limits Exceptions (if any) Twelfth Street, University Avenue Section 10.76.150 of the Riverside Municipal Ottawa Avenue Loma Vista Street and Illinois Avenue Section 2: Code is hereby amended to remove the one hour parking limit between the hours of nine a.m. and six p.m., except Sundays and holidays, on Main Street between Fifth and Sixth Streets; said portion of Section 10.76.150 is amended to read as follows: Name of Street Main Street Main Street, west side Limits Where Parking Limited to One Hour Tenth Street and Twelfth Street Twelfth Street and Thirteenth Street
