1 2 6 8 9 10 ll 12 15 ~6 17 19 20 2~ 25 26 27 R-71-778 ORDINANCE NO. 5702 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING CHAPTER 19.06 OF THE RIVERSIDE MUNICIPAL CODE BY REZONING LAND FROM ZONE R-1-65 TO ZONES C-2-S-1-X. The City Council of the City of Riverside does ordain as follows: Section 1: Chapter 19.06 of the Riverside Municipal Code and the Official Zoning Map which is a part thereof are amended by removing from the Single-Family Residential ("R-1-65") Zone and placing in the Restricted Commercial, One-Story Height of Buildings and Building Setback ("C-2-S-1-X") Combining Zones with a 20-foot setback from any residentially zoned property the land described as follows: All that portion of Lot 5 in Block 4 of the Lands of the Riverside Land and Irrigating Company, as shown by map on file in Book 1, page 70 of Maps, Records of San Bernardino County, California, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the westerly line of said Lot 5 and the southerly line of Arlington Avenue, as now shown by the Records of Riverside County, California; Thence Easterly along the said southerly line of Arlington Avenue, 222.7 feet for the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; Thence Southerly and at a right angle to the said southerly line, 190.00 feet; Thence Easterly and parallel with said southerly line, 180.00 feet; Thence Northerly, at a right angle, to the said southerly line, 190.00 feet to the said southerly line of Arlington Avenue; Thence Westerly along the said southerly line, 180.00 feet to the true point of beginning. Section 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and cause publication once in a newspaper of general circulation in accordance with Section 414 of the CITY ATTORNEY RIVERSIDE CALIFORNIA
