The City Council of the City of Riverside does ordain as follows: Section 1: Chapter 19.06 of the Riverside Municipal Code and the Official Zoning Map which is a part thereof are amended by removing from the Single-Family Residential ("R-1-65") Zone and placing in the Parking ("P") Zone the land described as follows: That portion of Lot 6 in Block 54 of La Sierra Gardens, as shown by map on file in Book 11 of Maps, at pages 42 through 50, inclusive thereof, Records of Riverside County, California, described as follows: Beginning at the most easterly corner of said Lot 6; Thence South 55° 40' 51" West along the southeasterly line of said Lot 6, a distance of 190.75 feet to a point therein, said point being the most easterly corner of Lot 4 of Tract 2723, as shown by map on file in Book 48 of Maps, at pages 32 and 33 thereof, Records of Riverside County, California; Thence North 34° 18' 40" West along the northeasterly line of said Lot 4, a distance of 75.00 feet to a point therein; Thence North 55° 40' 51" East, a distance of 190.69 feet, more or less, to a point in the northeasterly line of said Lot 6; Thence South 34° 18' 40" East along said northeasterly line, a distance of 75.00 feet to the point of beginning. Section 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and cause publication once in a newspaper of general circulation in accordance with Section 414 of the Charter of the City of Riverside.
