1 <br /> <br /> 2 <br /> <br /> 3 <br /> <br /> 5 <br /> <br /> 6 <br /> <br /> 7 <br /> <br /> 9 <br /> <br />11 <br /> <br />12 <br /> <br />~3 <br /> <br />14 <br /> <br />~6 <br /> <br />18 <br /> <br />~9 <br /> <br />20 <br /> <br /> 21 <br /> <br /> 22 <br /> <br />25 <br /> <br />26 <br /> <br />2~ <br /> <br />R-57-867 <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 5700 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, <br /> AMENDING CHAPTER 19.06 OF THE RIVERSIDE MUNICIPAL <br /> CODE BY REZONING LAND FROM ZONE R-1-65 TO ZONE P. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Riverside does ordain as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />Section 1: Chapter 19.06 of the Riverside Municipal <br /> <br />Code and the Official Zoning Map which is a part thereof are <br />amended by removing from the Single-Family Residential <br /> <br />("R-1-65") Zone and placing in the Parking ("P") Zone the land <br /> <br />described as follows: <br /> <br /> That portion of Lot 6 in Block 54 of La Sierra <br />Gardens, as shown by map on file in Book 11 of Maps, at <br />pages 42 through 50, inclusive thereof, Records of <br />Riverside County, California, described as follows: <br />Beginning at the most easterly corner of said Lot 6; <br />Thence South 55° 40' 51" West along the <br />southeasterly line of said Lot 6, a distance of 190.75 <br />feet to a point therein, said point being the most <br />easterly corner of Lot 4 of Tract 2723, as shown by map <br />on file in Book 48 of Maps, at pages 32 and 33 thereof, <br />Records of Riverside County, California; <br /> Thence North 34° 18' 40" West along the <br />northeasterly line of said Lot 4, a distance of 75.00 <br />feet to a point therein; <br /> Thence North 55° 40' 51" East, a distance of 190.69 <br />feet, more or less, to a point in the northeasterly line <br />of said Lot 6; <br /> Thence South 34° 18' 40" East along said <br />northeasterly line, a distance of 75.00 feet to the <br />point of beginning. <br /> <br /> Section 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption <br />of this ordinance and cause publication once in a newspaper of <br />general circulation in accordance with Section 414 of the <br />Charter of the City of Riverside.
