City of Riverside. Karen Wright spoke regarding <br />Fairmount Park, Kawa Market, Green Building Program, and Code violations. <br />Mary Humboldt spoke regarding software purchases, limiting of crowing <br />roosters in Zones RA and RR, the Information Technology report, and <br />surveillance cameras. J.B. Williamson spoke regarding a property on <br />Roosevelt Street. <br />AGENCY CONSENT CALENDAR <br />The following items were approved by one motion affirming the actions <br />appropriate to each item with Agency Member Gage disqualifying himself <br />Motion <br />X <br />from voting on the Purchase and Sale Agreement with Allie T. Mallad as he <br />Second <br />X <br />has performed work for Riverside Transit Agency. <br />All Ayes <br />RIVERSIDE RENAISSANCE - PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT - <br />FUNDS TRANSFER - 4085 VINE STREET <br />The Agency (1) approved the Purchase and Sale Agreement with Allie T. <br />Mallad for the acquisition of 4085 Vine Street, APN 215-152-012 for the <br />negotiated price of $1,650,000; (2) authorized the Executive Director, or his <br />designee, to execute the Agreement including making minor, non -substantive <br />changes, and to execute all documents necessary to implement the project; <br />and (3) authorized a transfer of $1,745,000 from University <br />Corridor/Sycamore Canyon Unprogrammed 2007 Tax -Exempt Bond Account <br />9811276-440446 to project accounts to be assigned by the Finance Division <br />as follows: $1,650,000 for the purchase price, $20,000 for estimated closing <br />costs, and $75,000 for estimated site clearance costs. <br />Disqualified <br />X <br />RIVERSIDE RENAISSANCE - PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT - <br />FUNDS TRANSFER - 3426 LIME STREET <br />The Agency (1) approved the Purchase and Sale Agreement with Martena G. <br />and Martena R. Wilson for the acquisition of 3426 Lime Street, APN 213-172- <br />002 for the negotiated price of $315,000; (2) authorized the Executive <br />Director, or his designee, to execute the Agreement including making minor, <br />non -substantive changes and to execute all documents necessary to <br />implement the project and expend up to $50,000 for title, escrow, <br />environmental testing, and board -up costs; and (3) authorized the transfer of <br />$365,000 from the Downtown Infill Pilot Program Account 9782100-440446 to <br />92-462 <br />
