Second <br />All Ayes <br />RELOCATION PLAN - SIERRA SIX MOTEL - LA SIERRA/ARLANZA <br />REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA FUNDS TRANSFER <br />10920 MAGNOLIA <br />The Redevelopment Agency authorized a transfer of funds in the total <br />amount of $225,000 from the 2007 Unprogrammed Taxable Bonds <br />Account 9811379-440446, of which $150,000 is to the Sierra Six Motel <br />Relocation Account 9792200-440443, and $75,000 is to the Sierra Six Motel <br />Demolition Account 9792200-440445. <br /> <br />RIVERSIDE RENAISSANCE - JOINT ITEM WITH CITY COUNCIL - <br />REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT - UNIVERSITY CORRIDOR/SYCAMORE <br />CANYON REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA - RESOLUTIONS - <br />SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION <br />The City Council (1) adopted a resolution waiving the competitive bidding <br />requirements pursuant to Section 1109 of the City Charter; (2) adopted a <br />resolution making certain findings regarding the public improvements, which <br />are of benefit to the University Corridor/Sycamore Canyon Redevelopment <br />Project Area; and (3) approved the Reimbursement Agreement with the <br />Magnon Companies for the construction of essential street improvements on <br />Sycamore Canyon Boulevard at a cost to the City not-to-exceed $798,100; <br />whereupon, the titles having been read and further reading waived, <br />Resolution No. 21400 of the City Council of the City of Riverside, California, <br />(1) Declaring That the Completion and Opening of Sycamore Canyon <br />Boulevard Between Eastridge Avenue and Box Springs Boulevard is of <br />Urgent Necessity for the Preservation of Life, Health or Property; (2) Waiving <br />the Formal Competitive Bidding Requirements of Resolution No. 21182 and <br />City Charter Section 1109; (3) Awarding a Contract to the Magnon Company <br />for the Necessary Construction; and (4) Authorizing the City Manager, or His <br />Designee, to Execute the Necessary Construction Contract Documents; and <br /> <br />92-439 <br /> <br />COUNCIL/AGENCY <br /> MEMBERS <br />B M G S A H A <br />E E A C 0 A 0 <br />T L G H K R A <br />R E E I I T M <br />0 N A S S <br /> 0 v 0 <br /> R 0 N <br /> E N <br /> Z E <br /> <br />1 2 3 4 5 6 7 <br /> <br />X X X A X X X <br /> <br />X <br /> <br />X <br />
