1 2 3 5 6 7 8 9 10 ll 12 13 14 15 ~6 ~7 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 R-45-890 ORDINANCE NO. 5808 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING CHAPTER 19.06 OF THE RIVERSIDE MUNICIPAL CODE BY REZONING LAND FROM ZONES C-2-S-1-X (20-FOOT BUILDING SETBACK FROM THE EASTERLY PROPERTY LINE AND 15-FOOT BUILDING SETBACK FROM GARDEN STREET) TO ZONES C-2-S-1-X (10-FOOT BUILDING SETBACK FROM THE EASTERLY PROPERTY LINE AND 15-FOOT BUILDING SETBACK FROM GARDEN STREET). The City Council of the City of Riverside, California, does ordain as follows: Section 1: Chapter 19.06 of the Riverside Municipal Code and the Official Zoning Map which is a part thereof are amended by removing from the Restricted Commercial, One-Story Height of Buildings Combining and Building Setback Combining ("C-2-S-1-X") Zones with a 20-foot building setback from the easterly property line and a 15-foot building setback from Garden Street and placing in the Restricted Commercial, One-Story Height of Buildings Combining and Building Setback Combining ("C-2-S-1-X") Zones with a 10-foot building setback from the easterly property line and a 15-foot building setback from Garden Street, the land described as follows: The Northeasterly 88 feet of the Northeasterly 150 feet of Lots 29 and 30 of Madison Park as shown by map on file in Book 14, pages 82 and 83 of Maps, Records of Riverside County, California, excepting from said Lot 29 the Northwesterly 8 feet thereof as conveyed to the City of Riverside for street purposes by deed recorded November 20, 1952 in Book 141, page 425 of Official Records of Riverside County, California. Together with Lot 28 of Madison Park as shown by map on file in Book 14, pages 82 and 83 of Maps, Records of Riverside County, California.
