The City Council of the City of Riverside, California, does ordain as follows: Section 1: Chapter 19.06 of the Riverside Municipal Code and the Official Zoning Map which is a part thereof are amended by removing from the Single-Family Residential ("R-1-65") Zone and placing in the Light Manufacturing ("M-i") Zone the land described as follows: That portion of Lot 1 in Block 1 of Map of the Pann Subdivision, as shown by Map on file in Book 7 of Maps at Page 12 thereof, records of Riverside County, California, described as follows: BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of said Lot 1; THENCE Southerly, along the Westerly line of said Lot 1, a distance of 119.5 feet to the Northwest corner of Lot 4 in said Block 1; THENCE Easterly, along the Northerly line of Lots 4, 3 and 2 in said Block 1, a distance of 150.00 feet to the Northeast corner of said Lot 2; THENCE Northerly, along the Northerly prolongation of the Easterly line of said Lot 2, a distance of 119.5 feet, more or less, to the Northerly line of said Lot 1; THENCE Westerly, along said Northerly line of said Lot 1, a distance of 150.00 feet, more or less, to said Point of Beginning. Section 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and cause publication once in a newspaper of general circulation in accordance with Section 414 of the Charter of the City of Riverside.
