Karen Wright spoke regarding the upcoming City <br />Council election, a closed session regarding the sale of real property, and the <br />vacation of a portion of Second Street. <br />AGENCY CONSENT CALENDAR <br />The following items were approved by one motion affirming the actions <br />Motion <br />X <br />appropriate to each item. <br />Second <br />X <br />All Ayes <br />PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT — 2929 ELEVENTH STREET <br />The Redevelopment Agency authorized (1) the Executive Director, or his <br />designee, to execute the Purchase and Sale Agreement with The WIN <br />Project for real property located at 2929 Eleventh Street, APN 211-201-020, <br />and any other documents necessary to complete the acquisition for the <br />negotiated purchase price of $150,000, (2) the expenditure of and an <br />additional $10,000 for escrow and related fees; and (3) the expenditure of <br />$160,000 from the Affordable Homeownership Project Account 9782300- <br />440446. <br />Councilmember Schiavone arrived at this time. <br />X <br />CLOSED SESSIONS <br />The Redevelopment Agency recessed to the City Council Board Room for a <br />closed session pursuant to Government Code §54956.8 to instruct the <br />Agency's Negotiator, Bradley J. Hudson, regarding price and terms of <br />payment for the purchase, sale, exchange, or lease of 4085 Vine Street, APN <br />215-152-012 by Allie T. Mallad, Negotiator. <br />The City Council closed session pursuant to Government Code §54956.8 to <br />instruct City's Negotiator, Michael J. Beck, regarding price and terms of <br />payment for the purchase, sale, exchange, or lease of no site address - <br />generally located westerly of Mountain View Avenue, southerly of Central <br />Avenue, San Bernardino, APN 0280-251-06; no site address - generally <br />located southerly of Central Avenue, westerly of Mountain View Avenue, <br />northerly of Santa Ana River, San Bernardino, APN 0280-251-18; no site <br />92-421 <br />
