The City Council of the City of Riverside, California, does ordain as follows: Section 1: Chapter 19.06 of the Riverside Municipal Code and the Official Zoning Map which is a part thereof are amended by removing from the Commercial Office ("C-O") Zone and the Manufacturing Park and the Business Park Combining ("MP-BP") Zones and placing in the Restricted Commercial ("C-2") Zone and the Commercial Office ("C-O") Zone the land described as follows: Into Zone C-2, Restricted Office Zone Parcels 36-46 of Parcel Map 19617 as recorded in Book of Parcel Maps 128 at pages 91 through 103, records of Riverside County, California. Into Zone C-O, Commercial Office Zone Parcels 47, 48, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59 and 60 of Parcel Map 19617 as recorded in Book of Parcel Maps 128 at pages 91 through 103, records of Riverside County, California. Section 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and cause publication once in a newspaper of general circulation in accordance with Section 414 of the Charter of the City of Riverside.
