1 <br /> <br /> 2 <br /> <br /> 6 <br /> <br /> 7 <br /> <br /> 8 <br /> <br /> 9 <br /> <br />10 <br /> <br /> 11 <br /> <br /> 12 <br /> <br />13 <br /> <br />14 <br /> <br />15 <br /> <br />16 <br /> <br />17 <br /> <br />18 <br /> <br />19 <br /> <br /> 20 <br /> <br /> 21 <br /> <br /> 22 <br /> <br />23 <br /> <br />24 <br /> <br />26 <br /> <br />27 <br /> <br />R-4-656 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 5796 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, <br />AMENDING CHAPTER 19.06 OF THE RIVERSIDE MUNICIPAL <br />CODE BY REZONING LAND FROM ZONE R-1-65 TO ZONE RO. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Riverside, California, <br /> <br />does ordain as follows: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Chapter 19.06 of the Riverside Municipal <br />Code and the Official Zoning Map which is a part thereof are <br /> <br />amended by removing from the Single-Family Residential <br /> <br />("R-1-65") Zone and placing in the Restricted Office ("RO") Zone <br /> <br />the land described as follows: <br /> <br /> The Southerly 64.95 feet of the Northerly <br />113.5 feet of Lots 48 and 49 of GROFTHOLDT <br />SUBDIVISION as shown by map on file in Book 7, <br />Page 31 of Maps, Riverside County Records: <br /> EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion of Lot 49 as <br />granted to the City of Riverside, a municipal <br />corporation, by Deed recorded January 8, 1971, as <br />Instrument No. 1991 of Official Records of <br />Riverside County, California, described as follows: <br /> BEGINNING at a point in the West line of <br />Brockton Avenue; said point being the Southeast <br />corner of that certain parcel of land conveyed to <br />the Security First National Bank, a National <br />Banking Association, by deed recorded January 11, <br />1968 as Instrument No. 3068, Official Records of <br />said County; <br /> THENCE South 88° 48' 14" West, along the South <br />line of said parcel conveyed to Security First <br />National Bank, 3.50 feet to a line that is parallel <br />with and distant 38.50 feet West as measured at <br />right angles to the centerline of Brockton Avenue; <br /> THENCE South 00° 05' 19" East, along said <br />parallel line, 64.95 feet to the north line of that <br />certain parcel of land conveyed to Mildred Monroe <br />by Deed recorded November 17, 1967 as Instrument <br />No. 101387, Official Records of said County; <br /> THENCE North 88° 48' 14" East along said North <br />line, 3.50 feet to said West line of Brockton <br />Avenue; <br /> THENCE North 00° 05' 19" West, along said West <br />line, 64.95 feet to the Point of Beginning. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY <br />RIVERSIDE <br />CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> <br />
