DA- 1-845 <br /> <br /> 1 <br /> <br /> 2 <br /> <br /> 5 <br /> <br /> 6 <br /> <br /> ? <br /> <br /> 8 <br /> <br /> 9 <br /> <br /> 10 <br /> <br />11 <br /> <br />12 <br /> <br />13 <br /> <br />~5 <br /> <br />~6 <br /> <br />~8 <br /> <br />~9 <br /> <br />20 <br /> <br />21 <br /> <br /> 22 <br /> <br />23 <br /> <br />24 <br /> <br />25 <br /> <br />26 <br /> <br />27 <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY <br />RIVERSIDE <br />CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 5795 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, C~LIFORNIA, <br /> APPROVING THE FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE DEVELOPMENT <br /> AGREEMENT FOR CANYON SPRINGS. <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Riverside, California, <br />does ordain as follows: <br /> <br /> Section 1: The City Council hereby finds that the First <br />Amendment to the Development Agreement for Canyon Springs, which <br />is referred to herein as the Amendment, <br /> <br /> (a) is consistent with the objectives, policies, <br />general land uses and programs specified in the General Plan and <br />the applicable specific plan; <br /> <br /> (b) will not be detrimental to the health, safety and <br />general welfare of persons residing in the immediate area nor be <br />detrimental or injurious to property or persons in the general <br />neighborhood or to the general welfare of the residents of the <br />City as a whole; <br /> <br /> (c) will not adversely affect the orderly development <br />of property or the preservation of property values; <br /> <br /> (d) will facilitate the implementation of the <br />applicable specific plan; and <br /> <br /> (e) is consistent with the provisions of Government <br />Code Sections 65864 through 65869.5. <br /> <br /> Section 2: The City Council hereby approves the <br />Amendment and designates the Mayor of the City of Riverside to <br />execute the Amendment on behalf of the City of Riverside. <br /> <br />Section 3: The City Clerk shall cause the Amendment to <br />be recorded with the County Recorder no later than 10 days after <br /> <br /> <br />
