1 <br /> <br /> 2 <br /> <br /> 3 <br /> <br /> 5 <br /> <br /> 6 <br /> <br /> 7 <br /> <br /> 8 <br /> <br /> 9 <br /> <br />10 <br /> <br />ll <br /> <br />12 <br /> <br />13 <br /> <br />14 <br /> <br />15 <br /> <br />16 <br /> <br />17 <br /> <br />~8 <br /> <br />~9 <br /> <br /> 20 <br /> <br />21 <br /> <br /> 22 <br /> <br />23 <br /> <br />24 <br /> <br /> 25 <br /> <br /> 26 <br /> <br /> 27 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 5791 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, <br />AMENDING SECTION 14.08,200 OF THE RIVERSIDE <br />MUNICIPAL CODE ESTABLISHING AN ANNUAL SEWER <br />CONNECTION PERMIT AVAILABILITY FOR RESIDENTIAL <br />DEVELOPMENT BY AMENDING SUBSECTION (c) TO PROVIDE <br />FOR THE ALLOCATION OF 200 SEWER CONNECTION PERMITS <br />PER YEAR FOR EACH INSTITUTION OF HIGHER EDUCATION. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Riverside, California, <br /> <br />does ordain as follows: <br /> <br />Section 1: Subsection (c) of Section 14.08,200 of the <br /> <br />Riverside Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "(c) In addition to the sewer connection permits <br />available pursuant to subsections (a) and (b) <br />hereinabove, and not subject to the limitations above <br />provided, sewer connection permits shall be issued or <br />reserved by the City Engineer for building permits or <br />tract map for residential developments as follows: <br /> <br /> i. For residential development of lands for <br />which sewer connections have been guaranteed <br />pursuant to the Waterworks Acquisition and <br />Annexation Agreement dated March 25, 1960 with the <br />Highlanders Water Company and Sun Gold, Inc.; <br /> <br /> ii. For those residential development projects <br />guaranteed a certain number of sewer connections by <br />a development agreement which has been recorded <br />pursuant to Section 65868.5 of the Government Code <br />of the State of California; provided, however, the <br />number of sewer connection permits issued or <br />reserved each calendar year shall not exceed the <br />number specified in such development agreement for <br />any one year if an annual limit was imposed therein; <br /> <br /> iii. For those residential projects being <br />assisted by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of <br />Riverside through an executed Disposition and <br />Development Agreement; and <br /> <br /> iv.
