This ordinance shall become <br />effective on the 30th day after the date of its adoption. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED by the City Council and signed by the Mayor and <br />attested by the City Clerk this 2nd day of January, 1990. <br /> <br />Attest: <br /> <br /> ALICE A.
