One person spoke <br />regarding purchase of Kawa Market, street trash, and parking in the areas. <br />One person spoke regarding purchase of Kawa Market. <br />AGENCY CONSENT CALENDAR <br />The following items were approved by one motion affirming the actions <br />Motion <br />X <br />appropriate to each item. <br />Second <br />X <br />All Ayes <br />RELOCATION PLAN - UNIVERSITY AVENUE CORRIDORS/SYCAMORE <br />CANYON REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT - 2771 UNIVERSITY <br />The Redevelopment Agency approved the Relocation Plan prepared for the <br />Agency's earlier acquisition of 2771 University Avenue for the University <br />Avenue Corridor/Sycamore Canyon Redevelopment Project Area, located on <br />the northerly side of University Avenue, easterly of Park Avenue. <br />RIVERSIDE RENAISSANCE - AGREEMENT - DESIGN DEVELOPMENT <br />AND CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS, AND ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />REPORT - TYLER DOGGY BARKWAY - FUNDS TRANSFER <br />This item was removed from the agenda. <br />PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT - 3772 BANDINI - 5410 MAGNOLIA - <br />SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION <br />The Redevelopment Agency (1) authorized the Executive Director, or his <br />designee, to execute an All -Inclusive Purchase and Sale Agreement and any <br />other documents necessary with Lin Lin Guan and Hua Yu to acquire a <br />single-family house located at 3772 Bandini Avenue and a market located at <br />5410 Magnolia Avenue, which share APN 218-261-001, for the negotiated <br />purchase price of $653,500, which includes all real property, fixtures and <br />equipment, and relocation assistance; (2) authorized the expenditure of an <br />additional $61,500 for escrow fees, board up costs, and demolition of both <br />buildings; (3) authorized the transfer of $715,000 from the Affordable <br />Homeownership Project Account 9782300-440446 to the 5410 Magnolia <br />Avenue SF Project Account 9811000-440446.; and (4) upon acquisition, <br />92-401 <br />
