Second <br />All Ayes <br /> <br />RIVERSIDE RENAISSANCE - PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT - <br />10191,10221, and 10233 CYPRESS - SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION <br />The Redevelopment Agency (1) approved the Purchase and Sale Agreement <br />with Bernice Vola Mason in the amount of $540,000, to acquire approximately <br />1.55 vacant acres adjacent to Fire Station No.7, located at 10191,10221, <br />and 10233 Cypress Avenue, APNs 150-102-005 and 150-120-020; <br />(2) authorized the expenditure of an additional $30,000 for the estimated <br />costs for title, escrow fees, environmental studies and previous appraisals; <br />(3) authorized the Executive Director, or his designee, to execute the <br />agreement and any other documents necessary to complete the acquisition; <br />and (4) authorized the appropriation of $570,000 from the La Sierra/Arlanza <br />Capital Projects Fund Available Balance Account 0000479-298000, of <br />which $540,000 is allocated to the Cypress Avenue Acquisition Account <br />9810700-440441 and $30,000 is allocated to the Cypress Avenue <br />Professional Services Account 9810700-421002. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS/PLANNING/REFERRALS AND APPEALS <br /> <br />CASE P03-1451 - REVISED TRACT MAP 31930 - SETTLEMENT <br />AGREEMENT - CRESTHA VEN NL Y.
